Welcome To Journey Kids @ JCC

Journey Kids is our Worship experience made just for kids from nursery age through 5th grade here at JCC. We have put together some useful information for families about our program, what to expect and what a morning might look like for your kids. Plus we have a couple of handy links for you to use. Please reach out to Barb, our Journey Kids coordinator with any questions.

Journey Kids Birth Through 3 Years Old

Journey Kids is a safe and fun place for our kids to learn of God's love. Our Children's ministry team is committed to partnering with parents to instill an everyday faith in our kids.

Our infant/toddler nursery provides a safe fun filled space for birth through 3 year olds.
Our littles are shown God's love by caring adults.

Journey Kids 4 Year Old Through K

Each week our 4 year olds through K gather in a large group for music, then are dismissed to small group time where they view a Bible story and participate in fun crafts and activities to reinforce the weekly Bible story.

Journey Kids 1st Through 5th Grade

Each week our elementary age 1st through 5th grade kids join in a large group gathering with music and a Bible lesson as well as a small group time.
In small group time kids dive deeper into God's Word through hands on activities that help apply God's Word to their every day lives.

Journey Kids Things To Know

JCC CHECK IN. Each week we take the time to check in kids at one of our check in stations. Most of our parents self check in, it's that simple, and we also have our check-in team to help you if you are a first time guest, or just need a hand. Not only is this so we get to know your little one a bit better, but it's also to enhance security for all the kids. You and your child will each get a sticker. When it's time to pick up your child just show your sticker to a member of our team.

QUIET ROOM. We have a small quiet room in the sanctuary for parents if you need to take your child in to change a diaper, have a feeding or to have a quiet place for them during the service. You won't miss any of the service as we have a monitor and audio in the room. Feel free to use the quiet room anytime you need it.
